Overall, I was disappointed.
I loved the pewter “Be Still” pendant but the chain was flimsy and did not seem appropriate for the pendant. The chain arrived in knots and it took a while to get them all out. Overall, it was not what I’d hoped for.

Ring too big
My thumb is measured at a 7.5. The ring was too big for it even at a 7.5. I would have sized down.

Ordered two necklaces
Ordered two necklaces, granted they were on sale, the three stone necklace is as expected quite pretty but the necklace with two stones has a noticeable pit/cut to the side of both stones. Not so pretty.

Silver quality
The quality of the silver is not the same as my very first ring from 5 years ago. It appears very dull and cannot be polished to a shiny silver. I have tried two more rings in the last couple of years and not real happy with the appearance. These are the name stamped silver bands.

I Wanted to Love it!
I really like my necklace EXCEPT the clasp is way too tiny for me to do and undo. I even had to have my husband to help me get it off and he had trouble with it.

Large Enough Jump Ring Needed
The charm I ordered to add to my existing “jumble of love “ necklace did not come with a jump ring big enough to fit on my existing Lisa Leonard necklace. It would have been so much easier if the added charms that are sold specifically for this necklace were equipped with a large enough jump ring. Very, very frustrating!! PS. Please know that I have many pieces of Lisa Leonard Designs that I enjoy very much!!!

birthday present
Bought a lovely bracelet for a 18th birthday present. I also purchased the 3 year warranty for it in case it got broken. I have not received any information about this warranty as to how to file a claim if needed. I thought something like this would be included when the gift arrived.

Love the ornament but wish the name and…
Love the ornament but wish the name and birthday was more centered. That is the first thing I noticed when I took it out of its little bag. I can send a picture if you would like.
