This was my fourth ring
This was my fourth ring - the first three are gorgeous still, and it’s been several years. I ordered the sterling silver to match the three I have. This new ring is so dark it’s a grayish black. I’m so disappointed.

It's my first and last
It's my first and last. The necklace was cheaply made and is so small I'm so disappointed. I don't have the funds for another gift and it's to late to return. It's my daughter's 37th birthday. This necklace is a joke.

Two tarnished rings, then again
My two rings arrived quite tarnished. Although customer service was very helpful by sending me a return mailing label and ordered two new rings, they, too, arrived quite tarnished.

The clasp on the chain would not open…
The clasp on the chain would not open wide enough to make it work. I moved the cross to another chain I have.

I ordered a stackable ring with my…
I ordered a stackable ring with my grandson's name on it. I had previously ordered one in 2017 and this one looks COMPLETELY different. It says sterling silver however it looks like pewter. Very disappointed, it does not look right with the other ring!

Decreased Quality Since Purchased Before
I’ve purchased before, approx 2 years ago, the same product and was extremely satisfied. Upon getting our new dog, I wanted another paw print pet ring with his name on it. The quality of the new ring was sub par. Looks unfinished and old compared to my well loved original from 2 years ago. Wish there was a way to fix this because I love the concept and my original so much!
