I signed up for notifications
I signed up for notifications. And got a 15% off code. Which you said I could use on any purchase. But it would not work I went ahead and ordered because my wife really like the necklace. But I will never order again. If that is the way your going to take care of a new customer.

I ordered a ring and had it, engraved.
I ordered a ring and had it. Engraved, Passion, power, purpose,, and power was misspelled to pawer!!!, No body has responded, about refund, I paid over , $140, and her birthday is in July, I'm very upset at least refund my card so I can buy my granddaughter something else, .

Order seems to have disappeared after I paid
I placed an order for a ring, paid for it, and received an email confirmation, however have heard nothing since then (10 days ago). I went onto my account and it doesn't show in my orders, so now I have to contact them to track down what happened.

The dish was much smaller than expected. The stamped name of my friend (it was a gift) was very difficult to read. I’m sorry. I want to support small businesses, but this was very disappointing. 🙁

I can’t believe how disappointed I am…
I can’t believe how disappointed I am with my purchase. I ordered this ring for myself and was so excited to receive it, and it just looks so janky. I mean like beyond the pale janky. Looks like it could have come from a gum all machine. I’ve enjoyed other Lisa Leonard jewelry, but now I feel that I cannot trust the photos and will not be ordering any more.
