Great customer service

Beautiful quality and fast shipping. This is a great company!

I love the items in her Nativity and Christmas Village. I have both. They are unique, interesting, and well-made. I did have a problem with one item. I spoke to an agent about it and was told to send it back, and they would either repair or replace the item. In the last week I got another call from an agent, and because they are not able to satisfactorily repair it, they are replacing it. It could not have gone better.

The website is lovely and intuitive. Ordering is a breeze! I have always received high quality items whether rings, necklaces, ornaments or bracelets I am always impressed.

The website was easy to navigate, and product pictures were beautiful. I received my products quickly and loved them so much, I already placed a second order. Her hand made products are lovely and the option to engrave items make them special. I highly recommend for yourself or as a gift.

Purchased the Be You necklace for a graduation gift! Perfect sentiment for a girl who will enter college! Good quality and quick delivery!

I love this ring to wear in remembrance of my little dog. Very good quality and I get lots of comments when I wear it.
