How can I review if I have not received my order yet? I expected faster delivery than this! Need to get gift to granddaughter in time for birthday.

I can’t wait to get it,Been 11 days and still not shipped.

I ordered my item back in May 2023 and still have not received what I purchased.

The ring I ordered specified stones for October, July, October. Instead it has an October, July and, I think, an April. I have no use for this arrangement. How do I return and receive a credit?

It was supposed to be 2-8 day shipping but 10 days later still no necklace

Apparently the ring I bought wasn’t available. No email or explanation given, just noticed a credit in my account. Disappointing as it was a gift for my daughter.

I placed my order over a month ago. The time for a custom piece turn around is stated to be 1-3 weeks. I paid an additional $14 to have it priority shipped. I still haven’t received my order. It hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve called and emailed multiple times only to be told that they don’t have the gold on hand to make my order and can’t tell me when they will get it. The company never reached out to me to tell me there is an issue, I’ve been the one to reach out every time. While they can’t seem to figure out to communicate proactively with a customer once they have already paid, they certainly have time to bombard them for marketing purposes. I receive multiple emails and texts every single day trying to sell me more stuff when they can’t even make the order I’ve already paid for. I’m very disappointed. The only option I’ve been given is to cancel my order. I don’t want to cancel as I really like the item and can’t find something similar anywhere else. They haven’t attempted to make this right in any way…not even an email or phone call to update me. Unfortunately, at this point, I can’t recommend this company. I ordered this as a gift and needed it within the timeline stated. They haven’t fulfilled their timelines, won’t tell me when they will be able to fulfill the order and have made no attempt to initiate communication. If I didn’t have friends who owned jewelry from this company, I’d be convinced it was a scam at this point.
