It was just awful customer service
It was just awful customer service. I do not like to give one star reviews. However, as far as I’m concerned, this was warranted. I’ve been a customer since I am assuming early on in the business. I did not make a profile till a bit later. I have spent hundreds of dollars and only three of my orders have gone on my account for points, etc. I asked if they could add the other ones and they said no way.

Why did I bother paying for quick shipping?
I paid extra for 2-5 day shipping. It’s been10 days and still I have not received it or even received an email saying it shipped. I’ve ordered here before and it took months to receive my order. I have to tell people to stop giving me gift cards here.

My ring came tarnished
My ring came tarnished. It was very dark with tarnished, orange spots on it. I hope the remake actually looks like the advertising.

Never received purchase (after 9 weeks)
I purchased a necklace on Mother's Day (after going through a recent tragedy) but have yet to receive it... it has been 9 weeks today. It is possible that the seller is very busy and overwhelmed, but I think buyers should be aware that they are in for a looong wait. I would have appreciated an update on the progress; and especially if it was known that it would take an exceptionally long time (much longer than listed on their site - "approximately 3 weeks"). It's a bummer, I was really looking forward to wearing the necklace (which is beautiful) but had to cancel my order.

Not receiving my order.
Yet to receive my order and it's been 14 days since I placed it, meanwhile the website said it would take, at most, 8 days.
