When I had a question
When I had a question, I called. Only part of my answer recorded, so I sent an email to ask my question. Within 1/2 hour, a csr called me back to find out what my question was, and while we were on the phone, her manager had already answered my email! Great, friendly service! The charm for my daughter is awesome, also!!! Too many emails, though…flooding my inbox:/
