What has happened to this company? I have ordered many things over the years and had beautiful quality. My last 2 orders have taken over 2 months to receive, and when they came they were packaged poorly, the pieces don’t shine and appear to not have been finished. The faces on the nativity are poorly done. Nothing like my previous sets and the shapes aren’t as nice. The nativity came missing the star. It’s $100 more for much less quality. The ornament has the lettering spaced poorly as well on the nativity ornament. I’m so disappointed as I used to love buying gifts here.

Do NOT order from them! I ordered a Christmas gift in early November and have still not received it! After many emails and left voice mails (which they did not return) they said that it shipped- 11 days before Christmas. However, when I checked the tracking they sent, there was nothing there.

I purchased a pewter cuff this summer. It has cracked, nearly all the way through. When customer service responded to me I was told they could offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase and recommended I take the bracelet to my nearest jeweler, as they no longer have repair, replacement services. Guess this was my 5th and last Lisa Leonard purchase. Sad how they treat repeat customers.

The reason we are seeing a difference in review is that this year they moved production around. I ordered something October 2023 and they sent me the wrong thing I reached out filled out the form and sent the item back. I am still waiting for my correct order its December 2023. At this point I am now waiting for a full refund. They do respond through email but it takes forever and they never ever answer their phone. This is very frustrating since I have already paid for the product but can't seem to get an ETA on my items.

I've had a completely different experience. I placed an order about 2 months go, still haven't gotten order, still have no updates. The reason I finally cancelled order was over the past month I have sent so my emails asking for updates and almost ever response back was an empty email with no answer.

I have not received my order placed on 9/4/23. There was nothing special about the order! You have lost me as a customer!

I have ordered from them in the past with no issue and I have been happy with the product. I needed to replace a charm that was lost off my necklace. I placed the order on 9/5/2023. Their website states it can take 1-3 weeks to make the product so I waited to follow up until it had been 3 weeks since I placed the order. As of today, I have emailed twice with no response and tried to call customer service twice only to receive a message that the customer service team is in training and they cannot answer the phone. The calls were more than a week apart, which seems like a long training...at this point it's likely I'll file a chargeback with my credit card because it doesn't seem like I will be receiving my order. Very unlikely to purchase from them again.

It has been almost a month and I have not yet received my purchase of 3 necklaces.
