Good customer service. I called because the item I purchased was on sale, but when I purchased it, it came up at regular price, I didn’t realize it until after I already bought it. Spoke to a very nice women, she adjusted it, and gave it to me at the sale price..I will do business again with this company. Thank you.

I love the charms for each of my kids and grandkids. They are so cute. So far I've ordered 12 charms and I'm able to wear them all together. They're not as heavy as I was expecting which is great.

Easy to shop , variety of beautiful jewelry, always meaningful and personal , Lisa Leonard’s collection is ALWAYS my go to for gift giving , for myself and family and friends , And love the discounts too ! One thing I wish the website had was a choice of letting the company know it’s a gift , and possibly a message to add to the gift , whenever I buy something to send to someone I have to email LL and let them know it’s a gift and not to add the price invoice…. So would be nice to add that to your website Other than that your company is more appreciated than you know ! I have 6 sister and two moms all around big family and friends and they all now shop LL too ! Christina
