I ordered two items over two months ago but they never arrived; have emailed three times - the first email suggested I check the website for an order update, the second was ignored completely, and the third received an offhand ‘your package is en route’ response - but according to tracking info it arrived in the UK almost three weeks ago, with no further movement and no additional updates available. Customer service is all but non-existent. I wish I had read some reviews before ordering: I’ll never order from this terrible company again!

I got an email saying my product was shipped on 5/10/24- it never tracked and I sent 3 emails and only got a computer generated reply and left 2 phone calls several days apart. When Janet reached out from Customer Service by email she said it was in shipping and I would see movement once a label was created. Then I asked why it had been in shipping for almost 2 weeks without a label. Them her reply today was it was still in production and that they have asked shipping to refrain from creating a label before production was complete. I do not believe any of that- if they had “departments” they would be able to answer and KNOW where my product was on first request. I would like my order expedited and sent overnight to me at the “departments” expense.

I have been very dissatisfied with Lisa Leonard Designs. I ordered a Togetherness Ring for a Christmas present this last December and within a few months the sapphire fell out of it. Customer service said sorry, you didn’t purchase the three year extended warranty. So we ordered some sapphires and glued one in ourselves. Just yesterday the diamond and the Amethyst fell out. The ring has not been abused. I’m sorry but if the company can’t stand behind their product at all without purchasing an extended warranty, I would be wary of purchasing anything from them. I know we certainly won’t. They should have a one year warranty at a minimum, and stand behind their product. Very pretty ring but poorly made. The stones were obviously glued in place and none of them stayed in the ring. You’ve been forewarned!

Sad that quality has drastically declined. Designed a charm necklace for my mom and the quality doesn’t come close to my necklace that was gifted to me two years ago. The quality of the charms and the chain is poor. The packaging matched the poor quality of the piece as it arrived in a plain brown box with nothing else. If you ordered before, be aware that you will not have the same experience. I want to support small businesses, but at this price point, quality is expected and sadly will not delivered. As far as promotions, don’t expect the promotional discount code to work. If you reach out, someone will apologize and resend a code AFTER you order for your *next* purchase. Considering the product, packaging, and customer service, I won’t be back. It’s sad that a company with a mission of love, faith, and family doesn’t follow through with their branding and advertising.

I ordered a ring with our incoming newborn's initials for my expecting wife for Mother's Day on April 7. I am writing this review on May 10 and still have not received the ring with Mother's Day in 2 days. Thanks for nothing, Lisa Leonard.

They are full of horse s*!? I ordered a cuff on 1/30 and haven't seen it yet. They don't bother to email you unless you start asking questions. I wasn't going to give them a 1 Star rating but this the only way I could vent my experience with this so called company.

Extremely disappointed. The item was to have arrived by the time they say it was shipped. No apology or excuse for the delay. First and last order from this company.

We ordered a necklace. I had it for less than a month and wore it 3 times before it broke. They offered a 20% off coupon to buy more garbage. No thanks! It also took us 6 weeks to get it, and we were lied to 2 times about the shipping process.
