I purchased a ring. After wearing it a week or so, I knew I needed to have it resized. The company received it on Tuesday. I got it back three days later. I am amazed at the quick turnaround time. The resizing was free since it had been less than 30 days since I received it. Great service.

I like the bracelet a lot, but it is a little tight on my wrist. It does open a little if I pull on it though. However, it does turn my wrist green. I'm hoping a little clear nail polish on the underside will help.

I want a silver bracelet, but I couldn’t tap on the silver so I chose to get the gold plated. Other then that everything went fine.

I ordered the necklace with the three charms. It came in excellent condition in a timely manor and is quite lovely. My only complaint is that the clasp to open and close the necklace is so tiny that I haven't been able to get it on. I sent a request a few days ago asking if they would send a larger clasp and I will have it changed. I will see how long it takes for a response. Its only been a few days as of this writing. Also, I don't appreciate having something thats being sold every day in my email. I am going to try to unsubscribe.
