I wish I had read more reviews before I ordered. Items look beautiful online. I ordered 2 necklaces and a cuff bracelet. I wore the bracelet 3 times and it broke in two pieces. I emailed customer service and got a copy and paste type email about their warranty only being 30 days. 30 days is not a long time when you buy something that you don’t intend to wear daily. I chose to wear it when it matched the day but unfortunately didn’t even get three full uses out of it. Waste of money.

I have ordered from this merchant in the past with great success, but I agree with others who say if you run into a problem, there is ZERO customer service for you. I placed my order on May 20 (almost a month ago) and haven't heard a thing since. And nothing in my order was customized, so should have shipped in 3-5 days. I've called twice and emailed. No reply. I'll have to contest the charges now with my credit card company. AND this was a gift. I will be shopping elsewhere and I would advise everyone else to do the same.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Ordered over a month and a half ago and have yet to receive anything. Customer service just makes excuses and gives me the run around.

So far my first order is getting one star and should be none. I ordered a month ago. Paid for expedited shipping. Still have not received an email that it has shipped. Emailed multiple times with no replies. Called and left voice messages as they requested, still no reply. A week ago, I finally had Kara answer the phone. She looked up order said it was in “tracking” and I “should receive it SOMETIME “. Still no email with tracking. Still no response to email since talking to Kara and still no answer to voice messages. My granddaughter already graduated, so now gift is late. I’m wondering if after spending $300+ ( which was already charged to my card) if I will ever get any kind of response or necklace. Frustrated.

I have purchased items from Lisa Leonard for many years and love the quality of her products and the heartfelt meanings that accompany them. For the first time i did not receive my order, as per their website information, in a timely manner. Actually on the website it said the order was completed and shipped with a tracking number, but the number was invalid. I made multiple calls to their customer service number and only received voice mail and left messages- that they never responded to . I emailed their designated email for assistance and it took 1.5 weeks to get a response which then took several days before anything was actually addressed and the item was actually finally shipped - even tho i had said numerous times - its too late, dont bother to ship, graduation is passed and i had to find something else for a gift, just cancel the order. But no. They shipped it anyway and now expect me to pay for return shipping to get my money back and return the item that they completely messed up and with horrid customer service! I am so disappointed in this company’s customer service, and… great products dont mean much when they dont actually value their customers and own their own mistakes and make it good! Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years but will not anymore - there are plenty of beautiful jewelry options out there and i will not support a company that doesnt take responsibility for their own mistakes! Ive asked for contact with a manager or supervisor to discuss the situation and not received any contact or contact info. The company needs to know how poor their customer service is! As a business owner myself i know how important it is to be aware of what is happening everywhere - i even tried messaging them on facebook before i went forward with this posting - hoping to contact someone who would address their errors and be aware of the situation. It is a sad situation for this company if they choose to not address their errors and mistakes and make it good with customers!

Purchased on necklace in 2020 and loved it! I wore it all the time and it’s still in great shape. After having another child I wanted an updated birthstone crossbar necklace. My husband gave me one for Mother’s Day only to have the chain break in less than one week! Additionally the emerald stones are the wrong color (noticeably lighter than before. They look like the wrong month) and the the brand charm is VERY tarnished despite my older necklace looking brand new. Worse is we have reached out via phone and email and cannot get a response. I love my first necklace and was so happy to get a new one but now and just extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Where is my order? Label created for shipment on May 13 and item has still not shipped via FedEx? Tried to contact customer service and just get vague auto-replies. Not a good look. Beware!

If I could give a zero review I would. DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I order something for a small Mother’s Day gift. Received the order and it was not the correct product. Got ahold of someone via email only they said I need to ship it back with return sheet. Have not heard anything with multiple attempts to contact calling leaving messages and emails with no response since May 18th
