Liori DiamondsReviews of lioridiamonds.com

I can't recommend Liori Diamonds enough. Avi helped me make a great selection with only the photos on the internet to go by (which were dead accurate and exactly what I received) and Diana helped get it to me on time for a gift. I will absolutely check with Avi first before I make another diamond purchase!

I purchased a 1.60 carat pink fancy diamond ring for my wife through eBay. Little did I know it was a "feather filled". I took it to many local jewels to get it appraised and looked at and turns out this ring is not what I was told. None of my local jewelers were interested in the ring and just bashed on it the whole time. There's so many issues with the ring inside and out that I can't even get rid of it. On top of everything, The GIA certificate that was provided to me for the ring was certified before the enhancement was done on it so it doesn't even state on it that it's "enhanced". I even called GIA and AGI to speak to them about this to try and figure out why and they had no information for me!AGI didn't even have record of this so called report. The dates on both certificates were done a year apart from each other. I spent my whole entire tax return on the ring for my wife and have waited over 5 years to finally have the right amount to purchase her what I thought was the "perfect ring" and for this to happen is just beyond frustrating. My wife doesn't like the ring. I contacted Liori diamonds to let them know about the situation and they were of no help whatsoever. I expected them to be more helpful, being that I bought a $5,000 item from them. But, no that was not the case. I hung up the phone feeling completely disappointed, cheated and highly upset. I will be sure to let everyone I possibly know about this shady dishonest company. Be smart & do NOT purchase a ring from Liori Diamonds!!! My advice: Do all the necessary research on the ring before forking out your hard earned money. Take it appraised and to get looked at by your local jeweler and see what they say.

I found the exact ring for my future wife here at Liori Diamonds. She wanted the "Sex and the City" ring. So after much searching I was able to find the exact one and the great thing it was on sale for 50% off. Thank You for the great deal!!

I was lucky enough to get the chance to design my own engagement ring - and even luckier to have had Liori Diamonds help me through the process! Diana gave me the absolute best customer service that I've ever experienced. I can't rave about her enough! On top of that, I have always had my heart set on a black diamond ring and found that Liori Diamonds had the best selection of shapes, sizes and settings. They tailored my perfect ring to be exactly like I've always dreamed and had it done in no time. Thank you Liori Diamonds! I'm honored to wear such a beautiful piece of art for the rest of my life!

Great service and quick delivery. Wife loves her new necklace. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for unique, high quality jewelry.

The amazing selection offered by Liori Diamonds meant that we were able to find the perfect ring that was the absolute combination of us ... the black diamond is amazing and the fit perfect ... the ring arrived so fast ... I'm totally obsessed with my ring, its the perfect representation of our love ... I couldn't be more in love. We have already recommended Liori to all our friends on their way to making it official.

Working with Avi at Liori was a great experience. I didn't realize initially that they do custom design work, as it's not mentioned on their website. I needed a custom engagement ring modeled after the style of an (insanely overpriced) designer ring my wife fell in love with... Not only did Avi nail the design and find me a fantastic stone that was beyond my expectation, he turned it around within my tight deadline and budget, overnighting it to me in time for my proposal. I'll definitely work with Liori again!

So thankful for Avi and Allison! They are the reason behind my 5 star review and I couldn't be happier with the customer care I received from them both! Thank you!
