This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a jeweler we bought a $9000 ring. Within eight months Diamonds had already fallen out. I actually got married with two diamonds missing you can only imagine how horrifying that was your wedding day and you’re embarrassed to show your ring. We sent it to be fixed within a couple months more diamonds fell out and again we said it in to get fixed. A few months later I went to a jewelry store to have it cleaned she showed me that eight diamonds were loose and put it in a bag for me since it was so unstable. Once again we sent it out they sent it back to sharing it had passed all quality control we had it one week in the diamond fell out. Once again we sent it back we just got it mind you after paying $125 to fix the diamond that they obviously didn’t fix when we sent it in and we videotape the package without it being opened and take it to our jeweler. While videoing we ask the jeweler to open the package and inspect the ring the ring was dirty the diamond did not look like the same quality and 15 were loose we have made many attempts to contact them and go through their insurance company to have this ring fixed correctly all to no avail. The office manager is rude no one will help and they actually stop answering the phone when our caller ID comes up. Buyer beware this place is despicable and they do not sell quality jewelry nor do they stand by their product. I’m hoping this will help someone decide not to go through the horrendous experience I have gone through with them. The purchase experience was not a problem, and we were very happy with the ring immediately after the purchase less than 5 months ago. However, we have since lost two of the smaller stones and took the ring to a GIA certified jeweler for repairs. The jeweler indicated that the stones came out due to poor workmanship on the prongs, and that we can expect more to come out. He also showed us the numerous cracks inside the diamond that were glued together to make the center stone. We have an appraisal certificate with this ring that values it at over $12,000, but the jeweler advised that the ring isn’t even worth what we paid for it. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the ring that was supposed to last a lifetime as a symbol of our forever love. We have used this jeweler on numerous occasions and trust that his evaluation of the ring is accurate. At this point, we are unsure what to do because we have been unable to find this ring style anywhere else. The jeweler can make the ring right, but the cost is substantial without even replacing the subpar center stone. I would never purchase here again and would not recommend Liori to anyone else. In fact, I believe others should be warned to steer clear of the subpar diamonds and poor workmanship at Liori. I will do my part to try to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I received the engagement ring I ordered . I was around 10k 2.5 carat diamond. There was a visible and palpable pin hole on the top surface. I tired to exchange or replace the ring within the 14 day money back guarantee period. I was told they would assess the diamond and likely no refund or repkacemmet. I would not use this company. They don't stand by their word.

I purchased an engagement ring from Liori Diamonds in April 2016. I fell in love with the ring over the internet and spoke to the staff several times. I paid $16,000 cash for my ring. I purposed in October 2016 and noticed immediately the center stone was loose. I sent the ring back to be fixed. Within 3 weekd I got the ring back from Liori and within a few months my center stone was loose again. I sent my ring back for 4 weeks and they had to custom design a new setting to avoid this from happening again. Well, In July, I went to the beach and one of my side diamonds in my channel of the ring fell out. They requested me to send the ring back to be fixed. They had my ring for 4-5 weeks and claimed to have fix my ring. The day I received my ring I couldnt believe what I saw. DAMAGE! They put a gouge in my gold, my ring was bent and not a perfect circle anymore, and the diamond they replaced was sunk in. I called immediately crying telling them they did damage. They asked me to send the ring back again and they would fix it. After having my ring for 5 weeks they shipped it back to me saying it was repaired. It wasnt. As a matter of fact, they didnt even attempt to fix it. They just hung on to my ring for 5 WEEKS for no reason. When confronted they told me they expunged the profit made on my ring and couldnt repair it even though they damaged it to begin with. I gave them a negative review online and they emailed me telling me my lifetime warranty is now void due to the negative review. I had to go pay $2000 out of my own money to have my ring repaired at a REAL jeweler. I asked them to split the cost and they declined. The point of the matter is they damaged my ring and they are the ones declining to pay to fix it. Yes my ring was perfect in the beginning but after my Centerstone fell twice and then one of my diamonds in my channel I wouldn't say that my ring was perfect anymore. They can say I am trying to blackmail them or whatever makes them sleep at night but everyone knows the truth on how they have handled the situation. I have over 60 pictures to prove what they have done to my ring since the day I bought it . Please take my word for it this company sucks

My husband and I were shopping for a five stone anniversary band to celebrate our 15th anniversary. We found Liori online and found a beautiful ring. We decided to purchase from this company. When the ring first arrived I looked at the Certificate of Authenticity and it stated the the Natural Diamond ring we purchased had been replaced with "Enhanced Diamonds". I took my ring to a local jeweler and he informed me these are stones that are poor quality, should not be around heat and cannot even be professionally cleaned without damage. We were so upset with this exchange. I immediately called Liori and went back and forth for a number of days and phone calls. Finally the owner admitted to sending the wrong ring and agreed to make it right and send us the Natural Diamond ring we actually purchased. We received the ring in March 2016. I was pleased and wore it on my hand every day, as you would any wedding band. I take very good care of my jewelry and work as an educator. I felt good knowing the ring had a Lifetime Warranty as any quality diamond ring should! Well nine months later, one of the diamonds fell out of my ring. I called Liori to find out how this could have happened and what to do to activate my Life time warranty. I was informed it is a LIMITED LIFE TIME WARRANTY and DID NOT COVER a NINE MONTH OLD DIAMOND RING. I thought diamonds were forever, well Not FROM LIORI!!!! I spoke to the company and they told me to send the ring back and fully insure it. I spent an additional $60. to send them the ring. They called and said that after examining the ring it would cost me ANOTHER 400 dollars to fix. I asked about the warranty and the owner told me it was my fault the diamond fell out, not their setting!! He said I may have pulled the prong loose on a sweater! I said, I have had my engagement ring on for 20 years and have never had an issue. After only NINE MONTHS this ring fell apart and there was NOTHING they could do to help me. Please do not order from this company. Go to a business the honors a warranty and actually stands behind their craftsmanship. LIORI was any EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE. Steer clear of them online! *** I will gladly send them my proof of purchase. I was in touch with them within the last week. I wonder why they are pretending they don't know who I am. I bet you can guess!!

I purchased a 1.60 carat pink fancy diamond ring for my wife through eBay. Little did I know it was a "feather filled". I took it to many local jewels to get it appraised and looked at and turns out this ring is not what I was told. None of my local jewelers were interested in the ring and just bashed on it the whole time. There's so many issues with the ring inside and out that I can't even get rid of it. On top of everything, The GIA certificate that was provided to me for the ring was certified before the enhancement was done on it so it doesn't even state on it that it's "enhanced". I even called GIA and AGI to speak to them about this to try and figure out why and they had no information for me!AGI didn't even have record of this so called report. The dates on both certificates were done a year apart from each other. I spent my whole entire tax return on the ring for my wife and have waited over 5 years to finally have the right amount to purchase her what I thought was the "perfect ring" and for this to happen is just beyond frustrating. My wife doesn't like the ring. I contacted Liori diamonds to let them know about the situation and they were of no help whatsoever. I expected them to be more helpful, being that I bought a $5,000 item from them. But, no that was not the case. I hung up the phone feeling completely disappointed, cheated and highly upset. I will be sure to let everyone I possibly know about this shady dishonest company. Be smart & do NOT purchase a ring from Liori Diamonds!!! My advice: Do all the necessary research on the ring before forking out your hard earned money. Take it appraised and to get looked at by your local jeweler and see what they say.
