Bought an engagement ring from these guys and a week ago my fiancé noticed one of the side chips was missing. With our wedding coming right around the corner and concerned with getting it fixed and back on time . Avi was outstanding in helping us getting it fixed and resized free of charge. It’s nice to see in this day and age great customer service. Will Definitely be buying from this company from now on and if anyone is in the market for a great ring at an affordable price and outstanding customer service then Look no further. I have to say—working with Liori Diamonds has been an absolute pleasure. Avi was honest and open about the best options for selecting the right engagement ring and center stone within my budget. The ring is beautiful, but I noticed one of the stones was slightly offset when I received the ring—and they gladly and promptly fixed it. After I proposed, the weight of the center stone caused the ring to spin on my fiance's skinny finger, so I called Liori to get their recommendation. Avi recommended to install sizing balls on the ring to keep it from spinning—something I totally expected to pay for—but again, he offered to do it free of charge. It's safe to say Liori has built a lifetime customer out of us, and we're looking forward to many more happy purchases in the years to come.

We read a couple of negative reviews so when a diamond fell out of the halo we were concerned. We worked with Avi who made no excuses just fixed it and sent it back. Again a diamond fell out this time in the band. I think my Fiancé was a little to active for the model I bought her. Avi again made no excuses but this time they made a custom ring that my fiancé absolutely loves. Not once did Avi or Liori diamonds do anything but apologize and try to exceed our expectations so I don't understand any negative reviews. We received outstanding service and an amazing ring at a really low price!

I got my BEAUTIFUL ring six years ago. Within a month, my diamond fell out. Contacted Avi and within a week got my ring back. The service was great. The purchase experience was not a problem, and we were very happy with the ring immediately after the purchase less than 5 months ago. However, we have since lost two of the smaller stones and took the ring to a GIA certified jeweler for repairs. The jeweler indicated that the stones came out due to poor workmanship on the prongs, and that we can expect more to come out. He also showed us the numerous cracks inside the diamond that were glued together to make the center stone. We have an appraisal certificate with this ring that values it at over $12,000, but the jeweler advised that the ring isn’t even worth what we paid for it. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the ring that was supposed to last a lifetime as a symbol of our forever love. We have used this jeweler on numerous occasions and trust that his evaluation of the ring is accurate. At this point, we are unsure what to do because we have been unable to find this ring style anywhere else. The jeweler can make the ring right, but the cost is substantial without even replacing the subpar center stone. I would never purchase here again and would not recommend Liori to anyone else. In fact, I believe others should be warned to steer clear of the subpar diamonds and poor workmanship at Liori. I will do my part to try to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
