The couch itself is a decent product, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the customer service—or lack thereof. Over the past six months, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company through both the website chat and email, but I have never received a response. Additionally, if you are considering purchasing from this company, keep in mind that they do not appear to restock their inventory. If you want a particular item, I recommend purchasing it while it is available, as it may not be offered again.

The couch we bought 3 years ago isn't made anymore so we can't buy add on pieces and all the current fabrics are different so we can't even buy a fabric match set.

The couch came in multiple boxes that didnt come on the same day. When the first box came, the covers came with pulls and tears. When the rest of the boxes came, those boxes were damaged with holes in them and looked like the boxes had been sat in dirty water. That dirty water box had made the white linen covers on that part of the couch damaged as well. So both parts of the couch were damaged. -___-

I made a last-minute decision to take a huge risk with a company I knew nothing about and canceled an order to replace it with something else, and I cannot stress it enough how much Linsy Home customer service stepped up to the plate. They were not only super helpful and understanding, but they were very thorough with the service they provided. Honestly, that alone sold me on this company, and I am looking forward to making future purchases with them cuz for me, what I am shopping for is important but so is how cooperative and ethical the company is with whom I am shopping with is. I was provided with timely assistance, and cuz of that I was able to buy what I really wanted. The sale prices have been amazing. Their sofas are unique, space savers for apartment living, and the storage is the biggest win for me. I did a lot of research and chose Linsy instead of Ikea cuz of the price and modular options. I am waiting on my sofa to arrive but so far I am super happy with the service I got with Linsy Home. I am sure the sofa will live up to my expectations as well.

We absolutely love our couch! It was easy to put together, it was lightweight so getting it to the third floor was easy and it's extremely comfortable.

I can't think of the last time I had a hassle free experience with a company's customer support. This was by far the easiest and quickest experience I've had. I appreciate the customer service representative with clear guidance and understanding. I appreciate the fast response and shipping to resolve my issue. Business like this should be the standard. Thank you to all involved with helping expedite the resolution.

I had an issue when trying to purchase, but Linsy Customer Support got it sorted for me. My order shipped quickly after that, and my 13 boxes arrived safe and sound. Set up is easy and straight forward. I'm a busy guy, so I still have a couple of boxes to go. I purchased and 8 seat configuration for comfortable home theater seating. The console is perfect for holding drinks and the reversible table is great for charging my tablets and phone. There is so much storage available under the seating that I was able to free up drawer space by storing sweaters there. It's comfortable, the seats are firm and not saggy, which for me is a plus. They are more than comfortable to sit thru a binge viewing of whatever you like watching. I really couldn't be happier.
