I was highly disappointed that I had to dress the whole couch myself and it did not come in the color I purchased. While I understand the cover was not available right away I should’ve not had dress it all myself as it took me hours to do and build it was not as easy as they made it arm. That and the quality seemed a bit off as some of the bottoms came tore from it being stuffed with the cushions. Also the parts where the clips are supposed to go sell were so small or not there making it like a Tetris game to figure out which side to best clip on. It took me hours almost a whole day to finish this and it made the whole experience not worth the price and I’m still missing a part that was back ordered.

Very easy to put together and move around. The backs are a bit too low for sitting. The covers were washed and there are million loose threads everywhere which make me question long term sustainability. The seat cushions are not as comfortable as I hoped.

The shopping was simple and so was the assembly of the furniture. The only inconvenience was both the expedited shipment and the delays afterward but that was the delivery companies issue.

The couch itself is fine, but the hassle of ordering it has been extremely frustrating. It took weeks to arrive, the websites stock information was incorrect and i had to immediately rebuild the couch with new covers on arrival. After almost a month I still haven't even received all of the pieces of the couch and then customer service automatically canceled the ticket when I still haven't received the final pieces and have no idea when I will.

Shipping was fast. And set up was simple and easy to put together!

The couch is beautiful, comfy and spacious. I love that I can configure it any way I want and the storage is great. I’m very happy with my purchase and I look forward to many years of comfort and movie nights!
