Great comfy couch with amazing features. Love the extra storage, removable fabric and modular design. I wasn't quite able to get the couch the way I wanted because I wasn't aware that the arm rests couldn't go next to a back pieces a certain way but not a big deal because I just rearranged the couch a different way. One of the arm rests feels like it is a bit damaged from shipping but not enough to worry about getting a replacement. Overall very happy with my purchase!

This couch is INCREDIBLE. I am so blown away by the ease of setup, the look, the feel, the pizazz, the storage, the OPTIONS!! I have been raving about this couch to anyone and everyone that will listen. What an incredible find at an affordable price point! I love snuggling up with my pets on my couch, but pets are dirty and hard on furniture. I’m jazzed to have a washable option. My two small gripes are I wish this couch were a teeny bit deeper, because size matters folks. The other thing I wish the back pillows were a tiny bit larger as I seem to fall in between the pillows. I still got a solid nap in on this new couch after putting it together so I’m please with the purchase.

Sectionals arrived fast and were well packed. Easy to assemble and good communication during the ordering process with customer service replying to emails.
