I love this couch! This one good looking product checked ALL the boxes in my shopping list including modular, washable, storage, comfortable, and the ability to become a bed for overnight guests. Thank you, Linsy Home! I look forward to seeing the different cover options in the future.

Pros: -Looks fantastic, sleek modern style -Storage in every ottoman/seat is a great bonus Cons: -Seat cushions don’t attach to the bases, so if you tend to “wallow” on your couch the cushions slide and move around -It’s not very comfortable to lay down on

Ordering is straight-forward. Right after I ordered I realized I hadn't made an account and therefore the order isn't "attached to an account", but that's a Shopify issue, not Linsy. The shipping notifications were a little confusing because the "Global Tracking" system that is linked doesn't include estimated delivery date nor number of items. First batch of items was delivered on a Saturday (I thought I'd seen a "business days" reference for number of days, but maybe not) and the entire order was marked "delivered" at that point. The final items arrived the next Monday (still only 1 week for total delivery). This was as expected but I still reached out with a question since all of the pages I had access to had said "Delivered" and listed only the product (full couch) and not individual items/packages.

I am still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding 2 stains on one of the pieces we noticed as we unboxed our new couch. I emailed right away with pictures and detailed info and have been waiting. Unfortunately, I can not find a customer service phone number. Would love to speak with someone and would love to give 5 stars.
