Quick delivery and exactly what we expected!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The sofa is firm , and comfortable. It wasn’t easy to find the manual, but easy to assemble. It’s comfortable enough to be a bed for guests. It’s a good level from the floor. I would recommend for apartment’s , or small space.

Delivery was simple. Putting it together was simple. It is a little stiffer on the cushions than I thought it would be and front to back space on the seats are a little short. I am also missing the brackets for the end caps

We love this couch! We Decided to do the 8-seat on the series III. If you have cats, they do snag the threads on the couch, but you can, sometimes, rub them out. The other bummer was that we wanted the dark grey model and the almond was the only one on sale at the time and when we purchased it, the dark grey went on sale too! They hadn’t shipped it yet, but we were unable to swap it. HOWEVER, the couch is great! We spend a good amount of time on them after work and it’s not too bad for a nape either!

As advertised it was not bad to put together

We loved it, but it already has a broken frame. 4 months later. So sad!

These are the greatest couches ever made.These modular parts are super sturdy, ridiculously easy to clean, comfy, reconfigurable, and so easy to put together I just sat back and let my kids do it! I have 6 kids aged 10 and under and they had a blast setting it up. The ability to just unzip and clean the fabric on any part or even completely replace any part gives me absolute confidence these are gonna last a long time. We already unfortunately had a disaster involving chocolate ice cream and an illness that really put the fabric to the test. A quick unzip and a wash/dry and we had the couch back together and clean in 2 hours as if nothing happened. Our experience has been so good that we bought another set for other rooms in our house (which has already been delivered and set up! Shipping is crazy fast). I sincerely wish I could shake hands with whatever team of engineers came up with this design that was so simple yet brilliantly resolved every issue I've ever had with furniture. Linsy Home is the best!

After waiting weeks for the almond cream modular sectional to be in stock, I was finally able to purchase it. I was fixed on only the Linsy Home sectional because it checked off all the things I was looking for in a sectional like the storage, the removable coverings, the 1000 lb weight capacity, the color I wanted, the width of the seat, and the capability of moving seats and ottomans around without having to move a huge, heavy piece of furniture around. While checking for the shipping status, the same sectional was being advertised with a price discrepancy. Long story short, they provided me initially a small discount when I explained why I wanted to cancel the order. They did explain they can issue a refund once they were able to intercept all the packages but I was okay with the small discount. After some investigation, they found that the Black Friday price was still showing due to an error. They provided me another refund so I can have the Black Friday pricing which I did not expect. I could have gone with another company but I’m glad I waited. They were responsive each time I sent a message which, to me, shows their professionalism. I have received all the packages and I can’t wait to set the sectional up!
