Sometimes, a client might host illegal apps or websites, such as gambling sites, or their site might get hacked and turn into a scam or gambling platform. Linode will take action by blocking your server and banning your account in such cases. I've been using Linode for two years, and the server performance has been outstanding. I host 10 WordPress websites and 5 custom apps, and they always perform perfectly. Let's be objective—review the product itself. If your account got rejected, you haven’t experienced how good their product is yet. If your main issue is registration rejection, you might want to try Oracle Cloud. I've been trying to register there for the past two years, even using my business entity, but still got rejected—just saying!

I started using Linode in 2014 and am a happy customer to this day. They run about 20 of my servers, hosting my services for a few hundred thousand users. Uptime and support are great. In fact, I decided to write this because I had a very good support experience (fast response with great information) just yesterday. Their object storage is useful, but it could be a little faster. Finally, I think their prices are very competitive. To me, for 9.5 years and counting, they are an excellent provider.

Hello, I am just here to tell that Linode is an amazing company with a great support team. Even though i had some problems in the past they are now fixed thanks to a support team that was willing to help multiple times. The services they offer on their platform are easy to set up and come along with a great quality. Thank you very much Linode,

At first there were problems with registering an account, but they helped me. They answered on trustpilot and I contacted them. The account has been confirmed. VPS protection is good. (edited)

We've had a great experience with them for many years. My only concern is that they do not provide a way to authenticate with FIDO keys. It's unfortunate because it makes the whole thing not-so-secure for projects that require a high level of security. Almost every bank and so many hosting companies use FIDO keys, it's been on Linode's requested features for years (by dozens of customers) but they haven't done anything about it. Overall I would recommend for projects where security is not critical.
