Their customer support told me I would get an automatic call back but yet it didn't happen because they closed 15 minutes later and yet no one ever called me back. terrible service

I love the link collar and GPS system but the battery life til now has left a lot to be desired. I just ordered the Link Plus for both my pups and am hoping to see a big improvement.

I like that I can follow my dog if she escapes. I find that the GPS is a bit behind as far as quick time to locate a lost dog. Be sure to keep it charged. We were out of town for 2 days so took the base station with us. It did make the new location current. The device is somewhat "heavy" with the collar that goes with it. I remove it when we are at home but if I pick it up to put it on my dog she now shy's away from it. Tells me she doesn't like wearing it.

We are happy that you've had success with the GPS tracking. The response time will be quickest when your dog is connected as "With You" before she goes "Away", which is why we encourage the Bluetooth connection to your phone. The soft carrier is a more lightweight way to connect the Link to your dog's collar and might be a better fit for you and your girl.
