We have been a Link customer for years now. There are many other companies out there, but none as good as Link. Home security is very important to us since I have a house bound wife. Her home is really what she has and her safety is my first priority. With that as our driving need, we chose Link! It's great that they are very competitive, but that never really fit into the decision making process. Produce knowledge and customer service are what made our minds up. We have never had a problem that they did not pounce on to resolve, or a question that was not enthusiastically researched ( if needed) and answered. We are in Ohio and have no reservations about dealing with a company in a different state. Great customer service closes the distance gap very nicely

I am not one to write a review unless I feel very strongly (either for or against the product/service). I have to say that I am blown away by my experience with Link Home Security! I'd been thinking of getting an alarm system for quite some time, but was held back by the cost, having strangers in my home (which makes me very uncomfortable) and whether I would be getting a leading edge system. Link Home Security made it an easy decision for me. I purchased the system through Costco, feeling good about the guaranty that Costco offers. I was slightly more than surprised at the ease of installation. I had a few questions at the beginning regarding the wiring of the Super Switch, which were answered in-depth by Link Home Security's customer service department. It turns out, I couldn't take the short cuts in the installation of the Super Switch that I thought I could! If you can read simple directions (and follow them), you can install your own system! I'm pretty proud of my purchase and my wife is very happy with the peace of mind it brings her when I am gone. Knowing what I know now, I would have bought this system a long time ago! A big thanks to Link Home Security!

By far, one of the cheapest and simplest ways to keep your house safe. Their security system is easy to install, and the customer service is incredible; they're very receptive to their customer needs, in my opinion.

My husband and I have wanted a home security system for a long time, but did not want to deal with the damage to our walls and mess for the wiring process. I could not believe my eyes recently when I stumbled across the LINK Home Security system offered on Costco.com. Since it seemed too easy and too good to be true I made several calls to LINK with lots of questions and each time each representative took the time to thoroughly explain their system clearly in English. No one was in a rush to get off the phone with me and they were all so friendly. That afternoon I placed my order for the main system on Costco.com and ordered some additional sensors for my doors from LInkhomesecurity.com. Both orders arrived in the same box on the expected date. Long story short, everything was easy to install including the discreet sensors I purchased for my doors which required drilling a hole in the door and door frame. Unfortunately, the 2GIG thermostat did not work with my home's heating system which is fossil fuel. A LINK representative allowed me to return it for refund and provided information about other companies that now make a thermostat that I might try. The control panel is a breeze and I just love being able to control everything from my iPad and iPhone. I highly recommend LINK Home Security. With it's easy installation, and the friendly, professional, easy to understand representatives, my husband and I now have peace of mind knowing our home is safe not only when we're away, but also while we sleep!

I got a Link Home Security System last month via Costco.com. My husband installed it in about an hour and a half. It was super easy. We had one question while installing and the tech support was amazing. He didn't make us feel silly about asking an obvious question. System is up and running and I feel so much safer knowing that me and my family are safe. I love setting the alarm from my bed by using the free app on my phone. I would totally recommend Link to anyone. Installation was super easy and the Link team is top notch.

I recently received my Link Home Security system and installed it. I called customer service to get help with installation and was surprised at how helpful and sincere the entire Link team was. I spoke with a few different customer service agents throughout my installation and was elated to find that everyone there treats me like an individual and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and everything went smoothly. The system is everything I hoped it would be and the customer service is unparalleled!

I Bought the system at Costco about a month ago, and was a bit concern, as the price appears to be very low at $99! The GIG 2 system came with the color touch screen, 3 windows / door wireless sensors, motion detector and smoke detector, all wireless. The whole system was programmed by Link Home Security, thus the actual installation took me about 20 min only. The monthly monitoring was again the least expensive of all the alternatives, but is as reliable as some that are twice as expensive. I have added more windows and door sensors, glass breakage sensor CO monitor, and each time the responsive customer service has updated the unit programming to add the new units. I am very glad with the equipment, price, monitoring and most of all the customer service. Highly recommended.

I had recently installed security system from Link Home Security. So far, I'm very happy with my decision, I feel more secure when away from home. The camera and main control system work fantastically, easy to install them yourself with little help from knowledgeable and super courteous customer service.
