Bernice at Link Interactive was fantastic today. She walked me through a number of additions to my system, and helped troubleshoot a problem with a new detector I added last week. She determined that my panel needed two software upgrades and downloaded them to the system. She spent over an hour with me to perform all the additions and maintenance. Joseph Barker was excellent in helping me select what I needed for my Security Systems planning. He provided discounts which you normally don't see in direct quotes online but he was really helpful in letting me choose as per my requirement.
