This is a simple but very smart security system. It has been a couple of months so far and no complaints yet. The only thing I would liked even more was if more window/door sensors would have been included with the package price. Ofcourse we can buy extra sensors separately, but they are a bit pricey. Z-wave technology is really cool and ability to control from your smart phone is great..overall a great product & would recommend it to anyone looking for home security without having to shell big bucks...

I love both the convenience and the security of the arming, video, and thermostat features. The bonus is being able to turn on and off lights from anywhere. I travel a good deal and I LOVE thati can check the security and control the home automation from anywhere in the world and from any of my four mobile device at any time. Should have done this years ago!

I took a leap with link, and I am sure glad that I did! I had a 2gig system set up prior to getting monitoring from Link, and they made things so much better!

Very cost effective and easily updated system tons of features

I had been hesitant about purchasing a security system for quite a while. based on contract length and wireless connectivity and communication. With Link, I was able to put all those worries aside and purchase a system. There monthly charge is reasonable and much less than the competition. There customer service has been extraordinary, I would highly recommend this company.

Very easy setup, love the way they are able to confront whoever tripped the alarm to verify right through the unit itself! AAA+++

I purchased this system through my Costco membership. Within a few days the security system arrived. It included easy step by step instructions. I had installed the whole system including the panel within just a few hours. I called customer services to find out how to shorten the power cord to panel. They were extremely quick to answer the call, friendly and told me how to do it or they would ship me a new one with the correct length I needed. I highly highly recommend this system, the equipment is high quality and the touch screen panel is so easy to set up and operate. Also, I like my iPad app where I can arm or disarm my system when I am away. I gave them five stars because of their high quality customer service and equipment. Also because the system is affordable.

Whenever I called, I got best technical support and best customer service. Thank you Alyssa for your kind help and service.
