Ashley C. from support department was a very pleasant, outstanding lady who helped me out with my new alarm system. I can't thank her enough for all her time and patients. Great customer service, knowledge of products. I can go on and on. The point is that I'm very happy and satisfied with the excellent service Ashley provided me. Thanks again Ashley for all your help.

Easy to install. Good folks to talk to. Works better than expected. Glad I fired the three lettered company.

I never write reviews. but the customer service from this company is the best I've EVER experienced. the entire kit was all pre-programmed simple to install thank you LINK!

Purchased the system through Costco 3 months ago and have been completely satisfied since it arrived! Installation was easy, equipment is of good quality, and the value of what I am getting for the price in unbeatable by the legacy security providers who still rely on wired systems and phone lines. System works great and I've had no problems with it. Have already referred a family member who also purchased and installed a Link Interactive system.

Originally the system shipped with Verizon GSM module and it got poor signal. Once I contacted the technical support about the issue, they were able to ship me AT&T GSM module in next day. Since then, the system is working properly.

Easy to install, easy to use, and great customer service from Link.

Very pleased with the ease of installation, and when we hit a hiccup, help over the phone was fast and worked right away. I shopped around for the best non-landline alarm system for our home, and Link filled the bill! It is wonderful to be able to interact with the system from far away using smartphone or web app on my computer.

I was very happy with how easy it was to install my system and sensors. The sensors had all been pre-programmed with the names and settings I picked when ordering. Each sensor was in a numbered box that also included a QR bar code. Scanning the QR bar code with my smartphone took me straight to a video on installing that type of sensor. I like the emails that notify me when the system is armed or disarmed. I was really surprised when I received an email that the system had lost power and, within 8 minutes, received another email that other systems in the area were also reporting power outages. Knowing this put to rest worries that a thief might have cut power to my home. I have recommended Link Interactive to a friend.
