Had alarm system for 17 years since the house was builted. Recently switch home phone system to Time Warner phone. Digital phone does not work with with old alarm system which I paid $1750.00. Time to upgrade, got quote from existing alarm company for over $800.00 plus high monthly fee. Did lot of research, this 2GIG is the lastest technology compare to others. Great monthly fee and service from Link Interactive. Take me more time to remove old sensors than install the new ones. Great investment for my house!

We just switched from another security company that offers the same equipment and apparently is also an Alarm.com reseller. What an amazing difference in experience!!! I wish I had known about Link Interactive 4 years ago. I have much greater functionality and superior support whenever I've called and at a lower cost. What's not to like! I plan to share my experience with our friends in the area. Since I'm a technical person, I can also help with the installation should they need assistance. It's not often I find a product/service offering I eagerly endorse.

Received a call from link asking if I was having trouble with my cell connection as they noticed the system had reported several lost connections. I responded yes and was told they would send me out a longer antenna free of charge. This company is very proactive in their monitoring of their customers as this wasn't the first time the noticed a problem and called to assist. Would highly recommend them.

Got the DIY package from Link and have no idea how to do it myself. Called in and got help from Berenice. She's not only knowledgeable and professional but also, patient and proactive. She followed up after our phone conversation and ensure all info that I needed is emailed. Impressed! Thus far, Link is worth having!

I researched security systems for months and came close to buying the one with no contract $15 monitoring, but the cost of their proprietary equipment added up quickly and the equipment was bulky and looked cheap. Full interactive monitoring was the same cost for both companies. Other companies I called inundated me with intense sales pitches. Link was different in several ways. They patiently answered all my questions, and then told me to call them back if still interested. I was able to buy a fair amount of equipment thru my Costco membership for $200. The equipment is an open system that is widely available on the Internet. I found smoke detectors elsewhere online for a discounted price, and Link helped me program them into the system. I delayed installation due to out of town visitors. After two weeks, they noticed I had not activated and emailed me to see if I was having any problems. When I found my cellular signal was weak they immediately sent me a module for a different carrier. They can remotely monitor and program the equipment. Yes, I have had a couple of instances when I was on-hold for up to ten minutes, but once I reached tech support they spent time to make sure all my issues were solved. You just don't get any better customer service.

A family member uses this security system, and saw how much they loved it, so I had to get it myself and I am loving it! Great product, technical support, and customer service!

I couldn't believe how easy it was to install my home security system from Link Interactive. Their customer service is top notch!

I was having issues completing my internet order for equipment and service. Nothing I tried solved the issue and I was getting frustrated. Called customer service for assistance and was connected with Misti, She was very friendly and helpful. She worked with their IT person and the problem was solved quickly. She assisted me with completing my order and stayed on the line to be sure I did not need further assistance in finalizing the transaction. The experience was very pleasant. This is what customer service should be like at all companies!
