Great customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I wrote to customer service, and they responded promptly. They sent me the right size, I got it within a couple of days.

It’s horrible
It’s horrible - slippery cheap fabric and can’t use it as it slides off our bed Very very disappointing Hope I can return it So disappointed!!!

Didn’t meet expectations
It came so wrinkled and I have not been able to get them out. It did not fluff up as Expected. The color was Different than the website color but very pleasing to the eye.
