Terrible towels for real
I have written two reviews on the 6 piece towel set I bought. I posted a couple of pictures of the towels after washing after I received them of loose threads and loose seams. Neither of the reviews ever reached posting on their website. I am now posting here. For the price of the towels, you expect much better quality. I am disappointed and now aggravated that my reviews were never posted on the website.

Sheets came without drying…
Sheets came without drying instructions. Impossible to cotnact customer service because it returns to the chapta all the time. The quality was barely ok for the (heavily reducded) price.

We're really sorry to hear about this frustration! Our products do include washing instructions on the tag. We recommend our items are washed in cold water with mild detergent and no fabric softener on the gentle cycle, tumble dried with no or low heat, and removed promptly at the end of the dry cycle. Please don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected] if you need further assistance :)

Wrong item sent
I ordered two sheet sets, and was set 1 one the sets I ordered, and a twin coverlet instead of the other sheet set. Packaging was also sloppy. I’m not impressed.

I only received part of my order
I only received part of my order. According to the tracking information one item delivered to an address in TN (I live in NC). Supposedly it’s been reshipped, and I’m waiting to see if it arrives. I’ll revise my review if/when it arrives.
Response from Linens & HutchFeb 19, 2025
Hi Lisa, please contact our CS team if you need tracking for your replacement order, we can see that it was processed :)

Great Service, Not great sheets.
Communication and Shipment were perfect. 5 Stars The sheets were not the quality I was expecting, I can see right through the black sheets. I am returning all except for the one higher quality set I ordered.
Response from Linens & HutchFeb 18, 2025
Hi Teresa, we're very sorry that not all of your items met your expectations! Just so you know, microfiber is thinner than cotton due to the fineness of the fibers themselves that make up the fabric. We're happy to hear that our CS team was able to assist you with your return! :)

These sheets aren’t cooling at all
These sheets aren’t cooling at all. And the top sheet isn’t widen enough to tuck into sides of bed. Wouldn’t recommend. Update: I got an email reply to my review and the company offered me an apology and also went ahead a gave me a full refund for the cost of the sheets without me even asking. So I will give their customer service 5 stars. I was not expecting that!

Not how it looks
The reversible quilt is very light weight. The fabric used would never be used by a quilter(I know because I am one), so thin. If batting ( the middle layer) was used, it is almost non existent. The color and print are pleasing. I would NOT purchase again. Feb. 12 - update Per the vendor's invitation, I reached out to them about a return and it was handled quickly and with class.

We're very sorry to hear that your purchase won't work out for you, Linda! Our quilts are indeed considered lightweight, and we do state within our listings that the fabric content is microfiber, which is thinner than cotton due to the fineness of the fibers themselves. We pride ourselves on having the best customer service in the industry, please send an email to [email protected], and our CS team will be happy to assist you with an easy, breezy return! :)
