Customer service is EXCELLENT! I ordered a size for a blanket/comforter and it was too big. They got back to me right away and resolved the issue with no problem. I will certainly tell friends and family about this company. I am very happy with their products and services. Love them.

I ordered a set of pillows from L and H on Brads Deals....The pillows never came....after 3 nasty emails they finally told me that my order was lost in shipping....this never happens with AMAZON or WALMART...ABSOLUTEY NO COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART!!!! I was able to get a refund and bought the same pillows at a better price at another dealer and guess what>>> and they arrived the next day with no problems....I would never deal with this company again again!!!!!

The story on the website is all about high quality,,,,, it’s microfiber !!! The “Bamboo” sets are “Rayon from bamboo” I’ve never been so ripped off in my life !!! Zero stars

I ordered white. The sheets I received were cream. Also zero branding anywhere made in China.

Their comforters either start out too small or they shrink after washing. I purchased a queen and it barely covers my bed. I knew I should’ve just ordered a king, but alas, here I am stuck with a too small comforter. So disappointing.

I ordered a lot since I am renewing all the bedding in my apartment. I was so excited to receive the items. I received an email stating that FEDEX delivered the package. I went outside rushing and no package was left outside my house. When I checked the photo of proof of delivery they left it somewhere without a house in the photo so how would I be able to locate where to find it. I am so mad I am really expecting this package. Highly recommend!! The purchase was easy and returns just as easy. Company was responsive to inquiries and returns. I have bought several items. Quality is great too. Product descriptions are spot on. Personally I have love the quilts, easy washing and great selections.
