I wanted this to work but I may have to go to another company, there are outages frequently, no one will answer the phone, I cannot log in my account in my computer, sometimes the messages is not working and I cannot hear my messages. This system does not seem to be ready and I am not trying to have this look for my company

I just want to cancel it. I was never able to transfer my old number to it; so it’s gone unused.

I use line 2 for my business and there are just too many glitches. Their reliability has been spotty. I've been having a lot of problems with: - automatically getting logged out of the app (without knowing it), thus missing calls. - when logging into the app. I use the CORRECT password, and it tells me wrong login. I have to try several times before it accepts the CORRECT password. - logging into their website it's the same problem ... i enter the CORRECT credentials, and it tells me I am wrong - right now i keep receiving text messages from an international number and am unable to block them !!! (yes, I followed their instructions)

I use Line2 a lot for my business and it works really well but there are a few things that would make it a lot more enjoyable to use. It does not let me attach documents in text messages, only photos. Attaching documents would be very helpful. The biggest thing I would love to see on Line2 is a search bar for my messages. It would save me so much time if I could search through my messages instead of scrolling through all my messages with all my contacts. It would be nice too if old messages would show up when I start sending a new text message to one of my contacts. Add these few things and ill never stop using Line2.
