It’s so difficult to set up a account, I don’t have migraine issues but, my head is hurting trying to figure out how to log in, like geez, why can’t I be like Facebook, just one click and done, how is the password you guys literally sent me and the line2 number you sent me not working, I wanted to leave a 1 start but am too kind too

Line2 has always been unreliable as a phone line (poor signal, dropped calls, etc) but 2 months ago the app started crashing when I went to check voicemail. Tried restarting, reinstalling, updating, etc - nothing has resolved the issue. I have sent multiple emails to support that have for the most part gone unanswered or when they do they ask for mundane details without addressing or resolving the issue and then the responses just stop. Have called support probably a hundred times in the last 2 months and gotten through to a representative TWICE. The first time, the rep knew absolutely nothing about troubleshooting the app and promised someone would get back to me - a month later and that never happened. Finally got through to a second rep who seemed slightly more concerned about my issue but also failed to resolve it. I was told that the reason no one got back to me after the first month without voicemail was the rep “forgot” to submit a support ticket to the devs and that a new one would be created and they would contact me right away. Well it’s been a week and I still have not heard from anyone. Not like any of that matters because I already had submitted a support ticket when the issue first started 2 months ago and have not heard from anyone on the dev/tech support team. I have come to the realization that app support no longer exists at this company and they are just taking my money for a service that doesn’t work properly. This was a business line and I needed to be able to pickup voicemail obviously or they are hurting my business. In my mind there is no excuse for not being able to retrieve voicemail for even 1 day, let alone 2 months. Consider my service canceled, Line2 has abandoned it’s customers and become an unsupported app.
