This is the worst goddamn app. It doesn't pop up on my phone when I get a call, so I have to click on the app to answer a call. More than half the time the ring doesn't sound. The call quality is half what the cellular part of my phone is. There's no way to change the outgoing greeting in the app; you have to log in to the website. When I just tried to log in, it said the password reset function was unavailable, so I can't log in. Texts are intermittent. You can't dismiss voicemail notifications without actually listening to the voicemail. I could go on. It's just crap.

I can't get this line to let me logg in. I paid 19 dollars for nothing . Please refund my money this dose not work on my phone.

My account has never worked since I opened account in Nov 2020. Every month that I take the time to cancel, it does not work. I am still being billed every month. I want off this account. I wrote down my sign in info and it does not work either. I will try again today using the chat feature since there is no one to talk to and then I will talk to the fraud office of my bank to freeze anymore payments from this company. Everything is always down. Any changes you make never works correctly. Its not worth the money at all!!!

been using line 2 for my business for several years. I love the idea of this but its been a love hate relationship. the features and system are great when working. problem is they don't work correctly half the time. to many missed calls that don't ring. forwarding doesn't work. service disruptions not reliable to use for a business. and the call quality ranges from great TO HORRIBLE.

Lately, it keeps logging me out and I have to renter my password and after so many years of using this service and not having to renter the info; you forget it.

Cant log in “forgot password” not working.... For 4 days now
