Grace did an excellent job. I couldn’t have solved the problem without her help.

Phone number to them has no voice mail, no answer. Chat support sends a link to answer your questions, link comes back "404. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know." The Chat Box doesn't come up with an Agent for 10 to 15 minutes, if at all. When it does, they don't solve the issue, give you a link that doesn't open anything. The phone number they gave me gets multiple Robo calls every day. They renewed me at their highest plan when I had signed up for the Basic. They deactivated my account after I contacted them about the renewal email that they sent. Renewal is about a month and a half away so account is paid but I cannot access or get a response. Contact phone number on the email they sent doesn't answer, email address on same email that they tell you to use, comes back as undeliverable.

Line2 has the worst service I've tried. Calls cannot be answered on any of my forwarding devices, and their customer service department is constantly understaffed. After deciding to move to a competing service that can actually meet my needs, Line2 has now informed me that there's a $40 fee to port my number back out of their service, and then they still provided all the wrong information needed for the port, so my new provider's porting requests have been denied a half-dozen times over the last two weeks. If you need a business line, or a second number forwarded to your cell phone, Line2 should be the absolute last provider you use. You'd be better off with literally anyone else.

Garbage, I'd say 1 in 3 calls gets through, I'm hoping to get my money back but not holding my breath
