I have been a client of Line2 for a long time. I whenever I need help I have to email and it takes weeks to get a response. This is NOT ok when you are not receiving calls and you have a business to run! They gave me an instruction that DID NOT WORK!! SO AM I WAITING ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO RECEIVE CALLS? Stop being a one man show and service your accounts.

I opened Line2 yesterday and they keep say I can’t send messages again it keep saying error !!!! SMS Error Your message is not sent either because it is blocked or attempting to send to an invalid number. Please check the number and contact Customer Support if you feel that is an error. That’s what it keep saying 🤦
