This was my third order. The first one took a long time to arrive but the last two were delivered to me very quickly. Garments are as described. Haven’t worn the last two but the first one I got was very well made and fitted well however I upsized in the last two for better comfort. The adjustable straps are great. I’m looking forward to wearing them once we get some beach weather. Thank you.

Disappointed- I ordered 2 swim rompers, same size. Upon receiving 1 set is definitely bigger than the other, far too big for me to wear. I understand that they are final sale items however the 2nd suit is no good to me at all. I tried to exchange, even offering to pay shipping and return, but was emailed and told no, they do not offers returns or exchanges due to final sale. If it was checked before packing, anyone can see that they are 2 different sizes. Won't buy again nor recommend. A expensive lesson.

Awful, sizing very different to measurements online so unusable. Return postage for three items over $50. Have tried to contact seller to provide return postage and they don't respond.

I didn't receive what I thought I ordered. It only came with a top. I thought the price I paid for was for a top and bottom - a set.

Sadly the sizing chart provided is inaccurate so the item was too big for me. No exchanges because it was ‘on sale’. Quality of clothing was not great either. I don’t recommend.

Looks great on. I’m so happy with it. Really comfortable. Such a change when wearing a cossie. Julie S. 🥰

Would have to be the worst fitting bathers I have ever purchased. The whole fabric is too heavy and uncomfortable. Wouk’s not recommend this style

After 3 weeks waiting for an update on tracking, it was still not progressing past order confirmed. The link even expired to the order. Contacted them via email to ask what was happening and they replied that the items were out of stock. Why didn't they contact me to tell me? The items were clearly marked as in stock at the time of ordering. The customer service is woeful. I was then advised that I could wait a couple of more weeks to see if they might be restocked, or I could change the order to other items or get a full refund. As these were for an upcoming holiday the time factor was now critical so advised them I would take the full refund option. Told it could take up to 3 business days to action the refund then 15 days for the refund to arrive or maybe up to 30 days! This is totally unacceptable. Waited a couple of weeks and no refund had arrived so took action via PayPal to recover the money. PayPal resolved this refund issue in 3 days. The customer service is terrible at this business and I would advise others to avoid it.
