I needed a one piece and wanted boy legs for aquarobics that I do twice a week. This arrived much quicker than other reviews had me expecting - and right in time for a aquarobics session. It was perfect from that first night. I've had it for about six weeks or so now and usually go to aquarobics twice a week. It's a comfortable fit but still tight enough/comfortable for exercise. And it's pretty. Love it to bits.

Lilyease have a policy that items on final sale are not returnable, even if the sizing is not true to size. So I bought a swim top I really liked but it was not a true size 18. So I wouldn't trust to buy online from them again...it seems odd for an online store not to accept exchanges under those circumstances.

I made an order with this company 6 weeks ago. Today they tell me my order has been "lost in transit". No apologies, no compensation, they just expect me to re-order as one of the original items is now out of stock. 6 weeks and now this!

Picked up this short-sleeve swimwear as a surprise for my girlfriend. She thought the pattern and coverage were super cute for the beach. Only holding back two stars because the material holds quite a bit of water and took a long time to dry out after a swim.

Unfortunately my experience was one of frustration and disappointment. I made a purchase and after a month of not hearing a word about my order, I sent an email. The response was that one of my order items was out of stock and they were waiting for the item to be restocked and would then send my order. Once the items arrived, I needed to exchange an item for a different style. I was given the option of store credit, or return for refund. I chose to return for refund. The next email offered me 15 % refund and I could keep the item or return the item for refund at my expense. Again I chose to return the item for a refund. An email came with an offer for 65% refund, I keep the item and/or if I chose to return for refund the address was provided with detailed instruction for returning the item and once they determined that the item met the guidelines a refund would be issued. I prepared the item for return as instructed and found that the return address was for China. I requested for an address in the US, the response was they don't have an address in the US for returns. I was frustrated and disappointed at this point. On their Website under About Us they mention expanding their business to the US market which lead me to believe that business transactions are taking place in the US, very misleading. Navigating the customer service department was counterproductive, time and effort wasted on the purchase. The Website is misleading, the business practices are unprofessional and the interactions were exasperating to say the least. While I had hoped otherwise, the experience did not live up to my expectations. Buyer beware.

Places my order on the 16th September (almost a month ago) and still haven’t received any tracking details. They send the tracking details link but no details attached. Have emailed them and have no response! Pretty pathetic.

It arrived quickly, feels lovely and looks very chic - the fabric is high quality and the fit is perfect. It’s flattering to my size and shape (over 65/plus size nanna). I’m finding it fabulous to keep on if I need to pop to a shop or answer the door - no more trying to frantically cover up when unexpected guests arrive! Now I can go between a dip in the pool, working at home, a quick trip to pick up kids etc without needing to change. It’s certainly a game changer for me. Living summer easy!
