HORRIFIC! PATHETIC QUALITY AND NO ABILITY TO RETURN. WANTED TO GIVE ME A $3 credit on a $45 PURCHASE! WILL BE THROWING DRESS IN TRASH, YES THAT BAD!

This company is crap, they charge three times the cost of the same items that you can find on Amazon. Then they failed to tell you that in order to get a full refund you have to ship your items back to China for five times the cost of what the clothing cost from the start. So after about 3 to 4 weeks of waiting when I finally received my items, they were complete garbage and were ill fitting and made poorly and requested a refund. My order was $131. When I tried to call customer service I couldn’t understand anybody so I emailed them. The company kept sending me emails saying they give me $10 refund then a $30 refund then a $60 refund. I stuck to my guns and requested a full refund. When they refuse to do it, I contested the charge with PayPal and pointed out that the company never disclose they are located in China prior to ordering items. PayPal issued me a complete and full refund!!!

Shipping took a while. Phone contact is to a Chinese voicemail. They do no respond to you email. You cannot return your product or reset password. Very very poor quality. Don't waste your money.

This is terrible. They say you can return items but on their website, at the end they say do not send purchase back to sending address. They will tell you where to send it. That is CHINA!! You must spend the money to send it back. Not worth it considering how cheaply made the clothes are. I would give them a minus 5 rating if possible. Buyer beware!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The quality of the clothing is CHEAP. When you try to return items, YOU have to ship it back to China which will cost over $100!! For me, that was more than the cost of the items I bought. They offered me $4 to keep the clothes. This company is a JOKE - it's not a clothing company. It's a company that steals people's money through the guise of selling clothes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Awful vendor. I wish I had looked for reviews before ordering. The product is cheap, not correctly sized and impossible to return. After waiting for several weeks for the order, I then got a ton of run around and very insulting offers for $3 or $4 instead of processing a return for over $100 of merchandise, they finally gave me the address and instructions for product return. It turns out it will cost over $100 to ship back the three overpriced, ill-fitting items. And they warn it could get stuck in customs. Run from this store!! Do not order from Lilipretty.

I placed my order June 6th. It’s the 29th and I still have not received my item. I have emailed them a total of 4 times, each email asking for a refund. The response is please wait longer your package is coming. It’s sitting in Des Plaines IL. I wish I’d done my research before ordering. Something else I noticed is that on their website, there’s no place to leave a review. Now I understand why. Do not spend your money here. If by chance you do receive your order, good luck if it needs to be returned. It’s not worth the hassle. I spent $43 here, $50 with shipping and I found the exact same item on AliExpress for $11.99. This company does not deserve to be supported.

I agree with all these one stars, I too would give zero stars if I could. I read reviews, decided to give them a go, quality crap, cut was awful, cheap material, cheap stitching, don’t do it! $18 to return to china from Aus or they offered me a $3-$5 refund and keep the dress, such bad shape/style it would have cost too much to pay dressmaker to try and make wearable - total waste of money and effort. Please don’t anyone else get sucked in and waste your money and time !
