NEVER ORDER FROM LILIPRETTY!! The item ordered was horrible quality! The return address is in China. Lilipretty does not accept returns via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Communication with the company is horrible as the customer service agent does not know English. This website is a complete scam!!!

DO NOT ORDER from Lillipretty Took forever, but I don’t even care about that…spent almost $300 for absolute crap…sizes and measurements were all wrong. The clothes were cheaply made and not at all even close to the pictures. Wanted to send all items back, didn’t even care that I would have to spend the money for returns back to China. But, they would never give me the full address after 10 emails. It’s all a complete scam!

DO NOT ORDER from this site. I recieved filthy, damaged clothing. Looks like it was worn and packaged again. I would actually give this site zero stars. They refuse to refund my money. They want me to pay to ship it back. I am going to have to toss these clothes.

Please do not order from this company!! I ordered several outfits. The majority of them were such poor quality I wouldn't even want to donate them. I was offered $12 to keep the dresses, but was told if I sent them back I would be refunded the entire amount paid. I spent $71 returning the items, because my refund would have been worth it, rather than getting $12.00. I kept tracking the package for months, I saw where it had made it to China. A few weeks later, my package was returned to me "unclaimed". I had checked with the company prior to that, and all they said was that we have not received the package, and that they would refund my money. They are big liars, as they knew the package was delivered and they never went to pick it up. I sent them an email telling them how upset I am that they were so unethical. They never replied. Cheaply made items, and the company is very dishonest, even though they come across as providing great customer service.

Not worth the hassle for very poor quality items that took almost a month to receive. Want to RETURN/EXCHANGE hahaha GOID LUCK! I should’ve looked at the reviews FIRST! So sad….NEVER AGAIN…..NEVERRRRR

I ordered a top on April 24, 2025, and paid to expedite shipping. I received an email on April 30th that the item had shipped. On May 15th I had not received it so I canceled the order. I received another email saying the item had shipped. It's May 23rd and I have not received the item. No way is a month "expedited" shipping. I canceled the order but I have to deal with my credit card company. Still have not received the item.
