The product provided did not match the description. Wrote email requesting a process for return -- no response. Made two phone calls and left voicemail -- no response. Tried using the chat function on the website -- no response. Appears to be a fraudulent company.

The lights I purchased were not bright enough, so I need to return them

The under cabinetwi lights were great very easy to install and a remote control with dimmer works terrific I’m very happy with this product

Everything shipped as described and arrived on time. The only thing I would do differently is I would make the customer _aware_ that the shipment is coming from Amazon. That confused me, because I had a separate Amazon order coming.

Found what I wanted online, ordering was easy, shipment was quick, and the lighting fixtures were exactly as advertised.

Product took forever to get. Then shortly after installing they failed to operate or stay synced to the remote. Attempting to contact them and simply asking why this was happening. I finally received a response on Jan 18th telling me I'd passed the 15 day return time. Yet should I need any further help try the mfg. Ita apparent they dont stand by their products.. Would never recommend or buy from ever again. Buyer beware!

Good price, all work fine. Sampled random 30 of the bulbs and they all worked. Had to replace about 30 bulbs on the strings, and one of the new ones immediately fizzled but all the rest continued working.
