Only sent me half my order. When I asked for the rest they said they were out of stock (this is the only place to get this exact bulb). I said ok so refund me half of what I paid because I need the bulb that was sent. Customer service said they weren’t able to help.

Ordered and tried to cancel within 5 minutes of placing order. It would not let me so I emailed them. Heard from the several days later and had a back and forth over several days with their responses to each of my emails days later. Wanted 25% restocking fee for two small led bulbs that had not been opened. Would not send me a return authorization. I looked them up and these guys are way overpriced and are just fleecing customers. Stay away from these jerks!

I will never order from them again, it took them a week to cancel my order with no explanation.

Terrible service...avoid this company! I had an awful experience with LightsDaddy. I placed an order and waited over a week with no tracking information and no communication. I emailed them multiple times and even tried calling their phone number — no one responded. Another full week went by with complete silence. Only after I told them I would dispute the charge did they suddenly decide to respond. Magically, I received an email saying my order was refunded — nothing before that, no explanation, no apology, no attempt to help. This company clearly ignores customers unless you threaten a dispute. That is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. If they treat customers like this before shipping anything, I can’t imagine how they handle real problems. Bad communication, bad service, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

I would give this company 0 stars. I ordered a flush mount chandelier and it came damaged. The company states on their website that they have an easy returns process. I have been trying to reach them for weeks via phone, email and chat box with no response. Now I am stuck with a damaged item that I can't use.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from them nearly 2 months ago. They contracted the delivery to some sort of Amazon service who delivered it to the wrong address. I have emailed them 7 times. They responded twice telling me to look around my property for the package. The photo the delivery service used to confirm delivery shows it's not my house. I have called them, it only goes to voicemail. They have stopped responding to all of my emails. I have asked for a refund, no response. I'm pretty sure this is a sham company. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Stay away. You've been warned.

Ordered a canopy replacement top, wrong size, emailed 3 times called 4 times and can only leave message, they continue to send me emails completely ignoring my order problem, terrible fly by night outfit
