Slow to respond to inquiries. Shipped item to wrong address. Slow to process refund. Would not recommend.

Very poor customer service. I called and cancelled an order 10 minutes after placing it online as I found out my husband had already ordered the same item the day before. Called the next day and was told the item had already shipped but not to refuse it as that would hold up my return credit and to call back when item arrived. I called back when I received the item and was told a return auth # and prepaid shipping label would be emailed in about a week or two. No email, called again and said to wait another week. Called again and was told the RA# was just emailed but that I must pay to return item. Advised I was told no charge to return but Melanie would not honor Christina's promise. 3 weeks of promises and $36.30 to return an item I cancelled in 10 minutes is VERY poor service. Will not use them again.

We definitely do all we can to notify customers of back orders as they happen, so they can determine if they want to wait for the item. Their return policy is awful. To return annitem, you must send an email to request. In reaponse, I received an automated email that more info would be sent with instructions to return item. That was over a month ago! Still waiting and unable to return light. Very disappointed and will not order from them again.

Refunds on returns take much longer than they say. They sit on your money and tell you the problem is with your bank. My bank states they apply credits immediately as they are received. This company is dishonest. I would never purchase from them again.

I wouldn't say that there was friction. I received a defective lamp, and when I sent an email I never received any form of response. I fixed the lamp, but I would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgment on their part.

I purchased a picture , realized that it was not going to fit the space intended and initiated a return. I received an email that they would start the return, give them 5 days to respond further. I waited 7 days and called, left multiple messages, none of which were returned. I finally did teach somebody who told me the majority of the company were at a convention on Dallas, I would get a call back the following week. I never did. I called back multiple times, leaving a message each time and no return call. I also emailed with no response. This is terrible customer service. I will never use them again and will file a complaint with the BBB.
