I have sent two e mails and left 2 voice mails. I ordered two lights (the same fixture). One arrived with a broken glass piece. Not sure if this was the result of packing materials or poor handling on the part of the carrier. Not sure what is going on with this supplier but weeks later and no reply. Will not use this site again.

Five weeks after placing the order the generic LED fixture has not shipped. I've had zero updates on the status. I called to cancel and they can't cancel until they get confirmation from the manufacturer! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Buyer beware!!!! Shipping information is not accurate. I waited two weeks for lights that never shipped. Multiple messages and mails left in effort to talk to customer care with no return call or follow-up email. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else if you can.

I would not buy from this vendor again. Communication was the worst I have ever encountered. Order confirmation stated my two bathroom fixtures would be delivered in two days. A week later, when I questioned where the fixtures were, I was told they were "custom" and would ship in about a week, and that I would be notified when they shipped. No notification received in their time frame, so I questioned customer service again. 4 hours AFTER a failed delivery attempt, I got a response saying they would be delivered that day. Only one fixture delivered, yet the other was marked as also delivered. When I reported this was not the case, no response. Finally had to contact the manufacturer from whence the fixtures had shipped. They confirmed only one shipped and had apparently told the vendor THE DAY I ORDERED that one item was back-ordered 2 1/2 months. Never confirmed by Lights&Home. They would not respond to multiple phone calls or emails. I have never been treated so rudely. Because of the expected delay, I had to change the delivery location to my vacation home, so asked L&H to advise of new ship date to make sure I could accept. They never did, even though they shipped more than a month earlier than anticipated. What a nightmare. If you have any alternative at all, buy elsewhere. These people just don't care about customers. Worst service ever.

Absolutely terrible, unresponsive customer service. They rarely answer the phone and chat is disabled most of the time. We have been waiting for two months for return shipment information (yes, lamp was purchased in December before the holidays and we are now at the end of February and still have the lamp!).

I ordered 2 pendant lights in the color "Magma", which looked like red in the online photo. They were delivered quickly, but they were red with quite a bit of black. This was not what expected and used the online form to request return authorization. The automated email to me generated by the website said I would hear back in 3-5 days, but I never heard back. I waited a bit because it was the holidays, trying to give them time. Then I called and left a voicemail asking about the return. I did not get a call back. I finally just paid to ship the lights back with the original invoice and letter explaining why I was returning the lights and the steps taken. Upon receipt, they emailed me to say the return was not authorized, that they would be sending the lights back to me, and that my best bet would be to resell the lights on eBay or Amazon Marketplace. I called them immediately to explain again and was met with defensiveness. I asked to speak to a supervisor and finally was able to get agreement that a refund of the original purchase price would be issued in 3-5 days. Two weeks passed and I had not received the refund. I followed up again and was able to get an actual refund. I was still out the cost to ship the lights back. I would not recommend this company because they do not have accurate pictures on their website, they do not follow up on return inquiries or phone calls, and they have very poor customer service.

I ordered exterior lights on January 18th, called the company 4 days later to get an update on my order, as it keeps say will update in 24 hours. It is January 27th and still no communication from the company. I will call them again, as they had no problem taking the money out of my account. Then I get an email to rate their service, well, it is horrible at this point. No communication from the company, no updates, and I am out money with no product.

I ordered 15 days ago. No delivery. No status Email. I don't see that like your company. It's worst. I have ordered a lot of item via online, But it's first time. So bad.
