I bought the light online. When the light came in I opened the package and it was cracked. I immediately notified the seller with pictures and they told me I had to mail it back on my dime out of the country. The item was not packaged correctly for shipping and that was the reason most likely why the lens was cracked. All they do is give me the runaround and refused to replace the broken unit or give me a refund back. I have threatened them with legal action and they just seem to not care. I have read many of the reviews online which are horrible so I’m wondering if we should all get together and file a class action lawsuit against this horrible company? Do not buy any product from this on reputable horrible company!!!

Terrible customer service. They sent a light that does not work and REFUSED to replace it. There reasoning was because I waited 12 days to let them know.

They do not honor their product. Do not buy. I have been asking for a return for over a week and they keep jerking me around!

Buyer beware. Product lasted one week and customer service is horrible. They want me to take a video and send it to them. How do you take a video of a fixture not working? Stay clear buyers!

I am so sorry that I bought from this company!! All the pics that they showed was a light fixture attached to a pole and bracket. I receive the light without any thing else. Now I ask you why anyone would do this if they were an HONEST company. Answer is they are NOT! I should have investigated them first. Lesson learned! Why does Facebook allow companies like this on their site!!! Grrrrr

Terrible customer service. Never received the product and was charged a restocking fee/ label fee when i requested to get it? Started off with outstanding customer service, but quickly turned to the nightmare of most scam sites. Is this a scam site. I don't know, In my current position I'd say yes since I never received product but they took my money. But don't worry when you do get a response stating they are charging you more they will sign it with "Cheers!" to give you a little pep. Do not recommend. Spend a couple more bucks and buy from amazon.

I received my order promptly and for a good price. Unfortunately, the lights were too big for my space and I am trying to return them. I submitted a request for return 15 days ago and I am still waiting for a response. I have called numerous times and never get anyone. I’ve emailed the company and also no response. I’ve tried the chat and had a response but several days later. Still nothing from the company. They like to take orders and payment, but won’t follow up with problems or returns. At this point, I doubt I will ever be able to return them. They were expensive too. I cannot recommend this company. If you have a problem or need to return or exchange product, you just simply won’t get any help. I’m stuck with lights that won’t work for my space. I can’t order anything else because I can’t get my money back.

No update on processing the order 3 weeks after placing it. No response from customer service to multiple phone calls or emails. Had to file a dispute with my credit card because we couldn't even get in touch with someone to cancel the order. Terrible.
