No stars would be more appropriate. I bought an $800 pendant light August 31, 2020 and said would be shipping in 2-3 business days. It is now October 26th and the order status says the same ... order processing check back in 24hours. No answer “we are closed” anytime I call during supposed business hours. Do not buy from this sham company!!

Buyer beware! Don't be fooled by the seemingly low prices. Fast shipping, item as described...however...refused to honor 25% coupon for submitting my email address. There is NO customer service. My experience was the same as the other one star reviews. I spoke with two people who both promised me a call back. No call back. I sent two emails and never received a response. Proceed at your own peril.

A very consistent theme in these reviews. Terrible customer service. Rude agents at ‘customer service’ call centres. Company does not respond to emails or request for call back. Based on the number of similar reviews this is clearly part of their corporate culture - not just an isolated incident.

Run, don't walk, away from this website! I did receive my item; however, I never received a confirmation email. They are connected with Galaxie Lighting in Lindon, UT. I needed to initiate a return and I have tried to contact both places via emails and phone calls. They do answer but their response is always the same--the representatives you need to talk to are on other lines and will contact you which never happens. You will likely be fine ordering if you are sure you won't need to return. Despite what it says on both websites, returns are not accepted or allowed.

Avoid at all costs. They will sucker you in with low prices and not deliver. No one ever answers the phone and messages do not get returned. I was fully charged for my order weeks ago for products that were promised to be delivered within two days of ordering; the online order status shows no activity.

Horrible customer service. I ordered items on 6/16/20 and have never heard from the company. I had to reach out to them on facebook before they responded and they assured me that I would have my items by 8/15/20. Over 30-days later, still nothing and still not able to contact them. I had to reverse charges on my credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

You place a order with them and it takes four days to show up in their system. No mounting brackets come with the light. They had a ad in my facebook feed making you think your getting mounting brackets

Terrible company! I placed my order on 9/12/20. The bathroom fixtures were in stock, and the website said they were available to ship within 1-3 business days. Today is the 9/18 and my order still says processing. However, my credit card was charged immediately. Nobody answers the phone, and I guess the only customer service representative, Christina, is not so great at her job or replying to emails. I used PayPal to process my order so I would be opening a claim to receive my $923 back. I even contacted the person who PayPal has as their contact information, Jeremy. With no luck! Stay away!! this company is horrible and a complete scam.
