First of all I am SO glad I found this company's webpage on my Google search and after shopping prices on other websites, LightsandHome.com was by far the best prices and availability. The ordering process was so simple and any question I had was answered in a very professional way. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and will continue to do so. TERRIBLE - BEWARE I still do not have the fixture. I've sent several emails and left many messages on their recorder. NO response. I finally spoke with a woman who says she is in customer service. She promised to get back to me in 10 minutes. That was many days ago. I'm still waiting for an email or return call. I'm wondering if they are a real company or some SCAM. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order - not on a shipping date which is normal procedure. I wish I could respond with no stars but the system did not allow that option.
