Great price. Quick ship. Clearly was an open box returned light fixture and was missing a part. Had to go to Home Depot to purchase missing part. Otherwise, very happy. Just should state that you’re purchasing an open box/return. They do not accept returns on sale items.

Very good experience for the most part. Good deals, free shipping, arrived when it was expected. Ordered 3 Kichler lights. When we got them, the descriptions/pictures were a little deceiving (pendant was corded and not rods) but other than that was fine. We decided to return the 3 lights because they didn't fit our needs (see rod issue above) and the flushmount was candelabra and not enough light output. Once we decided to return them it took almost 3 weeks for the return: 1) Took a few days for the L&H to process the RMA 2) Took another week+ to get the RMA from the manufacturer as this is where we had to send it (??) 3) Took another week + for the credit to come through Other than the looooooong process of getting our money back on the return, experience was great.

Should have better knowledge of what's in stock and what's not so the people don't order items not in stock.

I returned an item which was handled effectively.

Light ariived in a timely fashion, however two light shades were broken. One phone call and they had two more ordered for us. So...project is a little delayed, but we are pretty happy!

My chandelier arrived very fast, was well packaged and I paid much less than any other sites were charging. I have been shopping and comparing prices for a year and am very glad I decided to “bite the bullet”and buy from Light And Home.
