Order was delayed 2x. It wasn't until I emailed customer service that they even updated the site's information. The promise on the site states "ships in 1-2 business days". I recieved my order 3 weeks later.

The prices were great but the customer service is really lacking. No one answers the customer service phone nor do they respond to messages left. It took them two days to respond to an email.

From the initial delivery I noticed missing parts and I couldn't hang the fixture. Two additional attempts at getting the missing parts, one with pictures showing what parts were missing, and they still didn't get it right. On the third attempt I was told that an entirely new fixture was being shipped but never received anything. No contact from the vendor and no follow up. Still don't have the parts, still have an incomplete fixture, and I'm out $373. Update: Aubrey with Lights and Home was very helpful in resolving the issues with the supplier of the fixture. She was able to have a 20% credit issued to me for parts I had to buy and assemble in order to hang the fixture. Hopefully the supplier, Vaxcel, will pay more attention to their quality control in the future. Thanks again Aubrey.
