Products were delivered as promised and on time. I purchased 2 fan lights; the electrician couldn't program one of the two. I called, explained the problem, they immediately sent a replacement fan and a label to return the other one. Couldn't have been better. I have ordered more since and have referred them to a couple of friends. Lightandhome is at the top of my list when I have needs.
