Excellent customer service! Very graciously helpful when the fixture I ordered was slightly (but noticeably) less than perfect. I phoned about the flaw; Lightsandhome contacted the manufacturer; and a replacement fixture was promptly sent to me. Everything isn't always manufactured perfectly - that's life - but this company did their best to make things right. And I didn't have to keep calling the company trying to get things straightened out; they promised to call me back - and they did!

I forget the name of the young lady in the customer service area, but she is OUTSTANDING! She is very pleasant to deal with and has a wonderful disposition to help. I wanted to place my order 2 days before Christmas Eve and receive the items the following week. She promised she would call the manufacturer to see if they were open the week between Christmas and new year since most vendors are closed that week and said she would get back to me... and she did! Her disposition and follow up sealed the deal for me... I ordered the items I wanted and received them the following week.
